The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee proposed to improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and promote the entrepreneurial spirit. Against the background of high-quality development, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating, and new quality productivity is accelerating. China is in a critical period of transforming its development mode, optimizing its economic structure, and transforming its growth momentum. Entrepreneurial spirit is a valuable asset for economic and social development. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, entrepreneurs have pushed China's economy forward with their spirit of "breaking through", their drive for "creation", and their style of "doing".

"In the process of striving to achieve Chinese-style modernization, we cannot do without the innovation and struggle of entrepreneurs and employees, nor can we do without excellent corporate culture." The cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit in the new era should be combined with the excellent traditional Chinese culture and corporate management experience to refine management concepts suitable for enterprises. In his keynote speech, Lin Changbo, general manager of Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd., said that entrepreneurs should not only look up to the stars, but also keep their feet on the ground, have the original intention of unceasing innovation and serving the country through industry, and persevere in specializing, refining and innovating their products. Fu Rao, vice chairman of Langjiu Co., Ltd., said that respecting human nature is the basis for business choices. At the same time, business operations must also respect common sense and laws, which can help companies avoid detours.

Facing market and industry adjustments, Fu Rao believes that the more adverse the situation, the more we must stick to and strengthen the fundamentals.
