[Global Times-Global Network reporter Zhao Jueyun Xue Ke] Li Hui, the Chinese government's special representative for Eurasian affairs, held a briefing in Beijing on August 27 to brief ambassadors to China and Chinese and foreign media reporters on the fourth round of shuttle diplomacy for the Ukrainian crisis. Li Hui said that all countries are generally concerned about the risk of escalation and spillover of the conflict, and are worried that the West will continue to relax the conditions for using aid weapons to attack Russia's homeland. The "super hawks" in some countries who are instigating war may intensify the confrontation between the two sides on the battlefield. "All parties believe that the crisis is protracted, not only on Russia and Ukraine, but behind the conflict is the global war system represented by some military-industrial complexes that are manipulating it." Li Hui said.
