Recently, the State Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a number of approvals, approving the qualifications of the chairmen/general managers of several insurance companies, including China Life (Overseas), Xuri Reinsurance (China), CPIC Life Insurance, Taiping Reinsurance (China), Heng An Standard Pension, CITIC Prudential Life, Fubon Life Insurance and PICC Property & Casualty Insurance.

Lin Zhaohui approved to serve as chairman of China Life (Overseas)。

Lin Zhaohui was born in 1974. He is currently a member of the Party Committee and vice president of China Life Insurance. He has served as Party Committee Secretary and President of China Construction Bank Beijing Branch, and Director of the CCB Head Office Office (Party Committee Office).

Zhu Shamiao approved to serve as Chairman of XINLI Reinsurance (China)。

Zhu Shamiao became the company's chairman on July 22, 2024. He joined AXA in May 2022 and became the chairman of AXA Tianping Property & Casualty Insurance in September of the same year.

Prior to joining AXA, Zhu Shamiao served as an advisor to Allianz Holdings, assistant general manager/head of government affairs and head of diversified sales channels of Allianz China Life, head of external affairs department and assistant vice president of AIA China headquarters, and lecturer at the Department of International Finance and Trade of Shenzhen University.

Li Lisong was approved to serve as the general manager of Taiping Reinsurance (China).

Public information shows that Li Lisong became the general manager of the company in May 2024. In the past five years, he has served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy general manager, secretary of the Party Committee, and general manager of Taiping Reinsurance (China).

Pu Pengju approved to serve as general manager of Hengan Standard Pension。

Pu Pengju, 51 years old, has served as the company's general manager since May 17, 2024, responsible for overall business management.

Pu Pengju has more than 20 years of experience in the elderly care industry. He has worked in large pension management and investment institutions such as China Ocean Shipping Group, China Pacific Life Insurance, Taikang Life, Changjiang Life, and Tianhong Fund. Chang Ge was born in February 1977 and has served as the company's general manager since June 12, 2024.

Xu Wenyuan approved as general manager of Fude Sino Life Insurance。

In September 2006, Xu Wenyuan joined Fude Life Insurance Company and served as manager of the reporting office of the Financial Management Department of Fude Life Insurance Company, assistant director of the chairman's office, deputy general manager of the Financial Management Department, general manager of the Investment Finance Department, employee representative supervisor of the fourth supervisory board, general manager of the Life Assets Finance Department, corporate financial director, vice president and financial director of Fude Holdings (Group).

Li Jinsong was approved to serve as the general manager of TaiPing Life Insurance.

Li Jinsong was born in June 1969. He is currently the company's executive director and general manager, and a director of Changjiang Pension. He has served as general manager of TaiPing Life Insurance Sichuan Branch, general manager, assistant general manager, and deputy general manager of TaiPing Life Insurance Bank Insurance Department, deputy director of marketing of TaiPing Group and general manager of the Strategic Customer Department.
