Recently, the 14th China Fire Protection Association Science and Technology Innovation Award was organized for review in Beijing. The "Individual-Assisted Tractor Based on Human-Machine Collaborative Control" project submitted by the 206th Institute of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation won the third prize. This award is the second award after the 206th Institute's multi-functional UAV rescue fire truck project won the Technology Innovation Award last year, demonstrating the wide recognition of the institute's fire-fighting equipment.
The individual assisted tractor is an automated accompanying support equipment developed by the 206th Institute for individual load-bearing workers in the field. The equipment has a significant transport assistance effect, can free the operator's hands, realizes efficient assisted transportation of large-load materials, and significantly improves the transportation capacity, forward speed and maneuverability of personnel.
The equipment has excellent load capacity and can achieve powered traction of a maximum load of 60kg, saving more than 75% of personnel effort. It is suitable for a variety of terrains such as cement roads, earth slopes, gravel land, mountain woodlands, etc. It has been widely used in forest fire fighting, national power grid, earthquake disaster relief, field operations, logistics support and other operations that require load transportation and high-mobility travel.
The project leader said that the technical breakthrough of the equipment lies in the innovative overall design technology of single-soldier assisted traction and flexible bearing technology, which is the first new type of human-machine assisted, autonomous following traction equipment. The early stage of the project conducted an evaluation of fire science and technology achievements. The evaluation expert group said that the scientific and technological achievements were completely independently developed. As the first domestic equipment, it broke the technical blockade of similar foreign companies. Many parameters and indicators are better than similar foreign products. It has been applied in large quantities in fields such as forest fire fighting and the State Grid, and has produced good social and economic benefits. It has broad application prospects and has reached the international advanced level of scientific and technological achievements.
At present, the R&D team is targeting new demands for a new round of product iterations, optimizing and upgrading in multiple technical and product dimensions, continuously reducing product costs, and comprehensively improving the core competitiveness of equipment.
