Compared with previous job fairs, the "Talent Night Market" takes advantage of the leisure time at night and guides more than 40 companies to "set up stalls" in the crowded Yanyu Square on Nanbin Road. Hundreds of high-quality jobs in the fields of "33618" key industries, productive services, "Mantianxing" plan companies and key state-owned enterprises are put on the night market "stalls", allowing job seekers to "find" their dream jobs while visiting the night market.

The reporter found that the event had special recruitment areas, comprehensive consultation areas, employment guidance areas, entrepreneurship guidance areas, policy publicity areas and other service areas to meet the diverse needs of job seekers. In the recruitment area, recruiting companies were lined up according to industry categories, and detailed job descriptions and salary packages were placed in front of the booths. The activity also relies on the "Yuzhipin" platform to carry out online and offline simultaneous recruitment. Key enterprises are organized to conduct on-site recruitment, and job seekers submit resumes "face to face". Job details are simultaneously published on the "Yuzhipin" platform, providing online recruitment, online interview and other services.

It is reported that on the night of the event, a total of 2,058 people participated in the recruitment activities online and offline, and 672 people reached preliminary employment intentions with the companies.

The event pioneered the "experiential" night market entrepreneurship session, recruited college graduates and young people in advance to "practice" entrepreneurship, issued 2,000 yuan of start-up funds, provided all-round support such as entrepreneurial mentor guidance and free stalls, so that young entrepreneurs can experience the entire process of entrepreneurship in person. During the launching ceremony, 10 entrepreneurs appeared on stage to show their entrepreneurial style. Relevant municipal departments and Nan'an District government leaders presented them with "Flowers of Hope" to cheer on young people who are brave enough to start businesses.

During the event, the big screen displayed the sales of the stalls in real time, simulating the fierce competition in the mall.
