According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from 14:00 on August 26 to 14:00 on August 27, heavy to torrential rains are expected in eastern Hebei, southern Tianjin, most of Shandong, northeastern Jiangsu, eastern and southern Henan, and southern Yunnan. Among them, parts of southeastern Hebei and central and eastern Shandong will experience heavy rains, and some areas will experience extremely heavy rains (250-260 mm). Some of the above-mentioned areas will be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall (maximum hourly rainfall of 20-50 mm, and more than 80 mm in some areas), and strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and gales in some areas.

Defense Guide:

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing rainstorms in accordance with their duties;
