To the science and technology departments (committees, bureaus), propaganda departments of party committees, and science and technology associations of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government; the science and technology bureau, propaganda department of party committees, and science and technology associations of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; and member units of the National Joint Conference on Science Popularization:
In recent years, the majority of science popularization workers have thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on scientific and technological innovation, implemented the "Science Popularization Law of the People's Republic of China", and publicized and implemented the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Science Popularization in the New Era" issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council.
