The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning at 10:00 on August 25:
It is expected that from 14:00 on August 25 to 14:00 on August 26, the south-central Inner Mongolia, northern Shaanxi, central and northern Shanxi, central and southern Hebei,Most of Beijing,Tianjin, northern Henan, northwestern ShandongHeavy to torrential rain, among which, parts of central Hebei, southern Tianjin, northwestern Shandong and other places will have torrential rain (100-200 mm). Some of the above-mentioned areas will be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall (maximum hourly rainfall of 20-50 mm, and locally more than 80 mm).There will be severe convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds in some areas.
