In Shenzhen, the world's first regional AI forecasting model has been put into business use, which can quickly obtain weather forecasts for the entire city and surrounding areas for the next five days with a spatial resolution of 3 kilometers and a temporal resolution of 1 hour. More and more self-driving vehicles are "accelerating" on the road, autonomously navigating by sensing the surrounding environment in real time. In addition, interactive government Q&A has been widely piloted, and a smart medical service model has been formed.

In recent years, Shenzhen has seized the strategic opportunities of "AI industrialization and industrial AI", adhered to "policy guidance + factor supply + ecological cultivation + scenario empowerment", and made new progress and achieved new results in all aspects of artificial intelligence.

In the past year, Shenzhen has released three batches of "City + AI" Application Scenarios List, covering 73 application scenarios such as digital culture and public services, of which 25 government applications have been completed and put into trial use. It has built the "Shen i Enterprise" artificial intelligence zone, a city-level supply and demand docking platform, to publicly collect and release excellent artificial intelligence products and typical cases, and to create a number of demonstration benchmarks.

Xiao Zuping said that in terms of industrial foundation, Shenzhen's software business revenue accounts for one-tenth of the country's total, ranking second among large and medium-sized cities in the country. The output value of the electronic information manufacturing industry has long been ranked first among large and medium-sized cities, accounting for one-sixth of the country. In terms of factor supply, the current local intelligent computing scale exceeds 5000P, and the scale that can be coordinated and dispatched exceeds 13000P. In terms of scenario applications, Shenzhen has selected 15 fields such as manufacturing, automobiles, and smart cities, and has used its advantageous industries to drive more scenario innovation and opening.
