On August 19, a certain self-media posted several screenshots of chat records on its social media account, suggesting that actor Zhang Haowei, who became famous for the TV series "Joy of Life", was suspected of tax evasion and suspected of organizing prostitution. According to the self-media, these chat records are suspected to be text conversations and recordings between Zhang Haowei and his friends and work partners. Lan Tianbin, senior partner of Jiangsu Fade Dongheng Law Firm, said in an interview with Jimu News that if the "integration of top resources" mentioned by the person exposed is true, and if these actions are implemented, then the person exposed may be suspected of organizing prostitution, or assisting in organizing prostitution, or inducing, harboring, or introducing prostitution, and will be held criminally responsible.
