On the evening of August 7, Liang Hongliang, a member of the urban management team who was on duty at Zhenyuan Square in Yindu District, Anyang City, noticed a little girl in the square who was not accompanied by an adult and looked panicked. After questioning, he learned that the little girl had accidentally lost her family.

Liang Hongliang calmed the little girl down while patiently asking for the contact information of the child's family. Finally, with Liang Hongliang's timely contact, the child's parents arrived at the scene. After confirming the identity of the parents, Liang Hongliang handed the little girl over to her family.

When Yindu District Urban Management Team members Li Chaowei, Li Xiaohui and Feng Chengwei were patrolling the Fanglin Street section of Tiexi Road, they saw a collision between a car and an electric bike. Two minors on the electric bike were lying on the ground, covered in blood.

Li Xiaohui immediately called 120 emergency number and 110 police number, and the other two team members helped to move the injured to a safe area. While waiting for the arrival of rescuers, the urban management team members constantly comforted the injured, and at the same time, while keeping the accident scene in its original state, set up a temporary warning area to remind passing vehicles to slow down and avoid it.

Soon, rescuers arrived at the scene, and the law enforcement team helped the injured person onto the ambulance and sent him to the hospital for further treatment. After the ambulance left safely, the law enforcement team quietly left the scene and continued to carry out their duties.
