In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, create a new high ground for reform, innovation and development, and build a modern industrial system with Daxing characteristics, Tiangongyuan Street launched a series of activities themed "Enterprise City·Tiangong College" on new quality productivity.
On August 23, the "Qicheng Tiangong College" new productivity practice study and exchange activity was successfully held as the first special event at the Daxing District Business Service Center. The event was jointly organized by the Daxing District Emerging Industry Promotion Service Center and Tiangongyuan Street. More than 80 entrepreneur representatives from inside and outside the district, heads of street office departments and 18 community secretaries participated in the event.

After careful planning in the early stage, the first special event was held, and Jin Canrong, a professor at the School of International Relations of Renmin University of China, was specially invited to give a keynote speech.
Professor Jin Canrong deeply interpreted the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and shared how to promote industrial upgrading and economic growth through innovative technology under the new situation and new tasks of comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese-style modernization from the perspective of national development strategy. Entrepreneur representatives asked questions on the spot about their respective concerns, had in-depth exchanges with experts, and talked about new quality productivity.

During the field study session, the group visited the Beijing Xiaomi Automobile Super Factory and the China Academy of Science and Technology Rocket Test Center, representative enterprises of future industries and new-quality productivity, to explore in depth the cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices of intelligent manufacturing, and immersively experience the Chinese space dream of the stars and the sea at "zero distance".
