The fashion map of Shangcheng has added a "new force" - today in Hangzhou Fashion Center, Xiaohongshu's first treasure manager incubation center in the country was officially unveiled. The center was jointly built by Shangcheng District and Xiaohongshu e-commerce. It will provide industry empowerment services for Hangzhou fashion industry enterprises and merchants, and provide hundreds of billions of traffic to support the growth of managers, so as to attract and cultivate more manager brands and inject strong new impetus into Hangzhou's fashion industry.
As a new form of consumer economy, the "manager economy" is gradually becoming a vane leading fashion trends with its unique aesthetic perspective and keen market insight. "In recent years, Xiaohongshu has continued to make efforts in the field of e-commerce, and the manager plan will become an accelerator for cultivating original brands and fashion manager brands." A relevant person in charge of the Shangcheng District Bureau of Commerce said that after the incubation center is established, it will deeply integrate the e-commerce service advantages of Shangcheng and even Hangzhou to build a more prosperous service provider ecosystem, and at the same time better showcase the new fashion lifestyle of Shangcheng.
According to reports, in addition to providing services such as live streaming and professional training, the incubation center also plans to select managers to participate in offline investment promotion conferences, Hangzhou Digital Trade Fair, etc., and encourage them to open offline pioneer stores in business districts such as Hubin, so as to promote the in-depth integration of managers' brands with emerging formats such as e-commerce and live streaming in all aspects.
Since the beginning of this year, Shangcheng District has vigorously implemented the "Star Plan" for new fashion consumption, anchored the "manager economy" track, and successfully introduced and cultivated a number of fashion manager brands with three major business districts and industrial parks such as Hangzhou Fashion Center as carriers, and gathered a number of cross-border integration new brands and new products such as fashion luxury and joint trendy toys, further strengthening the fashion industry ecology. It is worth mentioning that the district is currently actively building Hangzhou's first "100 million yuan" fashion manager avenue, with Lakeside Pedestrian Street as the core, integrating "famous stores + first stores" and "international + national trends", showing a unique brand charm and fashion atmosphere.
In order to continuously strengthen the "manager economy", Shangcheng District plans to launch the Fashion Manager Avenue IP through the "Four Ones" strategic layout, namely, releasing a list of fashion managers' first stores, unveiling a fashion manager slow-mo space, launching a fashion manager brand debut, and releasing a fashion manager check-in map; in terms of brand attraction, it plans to gather a group of managers with professional qualities and innovative thinking around the two major areas of fashion life experience and fashion brand services, and attract a group of new curatorial retail businesses and fashion media to land, so as to write a new chapter in the fashion economy.
