Henan Communications Investment Group's "highway + new energy" layout is accelerating, following the start of construction of the highway new energy "hundreds of millions" project in July. On August 21, Henan Communications Investment Group's subsidiary Henan Communications Investment New Energy Company and domestic new energy vehicle charging leader Teladian New Energy Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Zhengzhou. The two parties plan to adopt equity cooperation to jointly invest in the construction of a smart charging equipment production and manufacturing base in Zhengzhou. This marks that Henan Communications Investment Group continues to promote the layout of the new energy sector, rapidly extending from the new energy application end to the upstream of the new energy industry chain, and accelerating the implementation of the new energy equipment manufacturing industry.
Teladian is a leading domestic manufacturer of new energy vehicle charging equipment and charging network operator. It has built China's largest charging network and has become China's largest aggregate energy storage center. It is a core enterprise supporting the large-scale development of China's electric vehicles and the main force in the country's efforts to boost new energy vehicle consumption and new infrastructure.
According to the cooperation agreement between the two parties, Henan Jiaotong New Energy Company and Teladian Company will invest in the establishment of a joint venture company, invest in the construction of an intelligent super charging equipment production and manufacturing base in Zhengzhou, and jointly develop, produce, manufacture and sell 480KW and 600KW super charging equipment, realize the local production of super charging equipment, and quickly promote Henan Expressway into the "super charging era". At the same time, the joint venture company will undertake the intelligent and integrated operation and management of the "hundreds of millions of projects" of new energy facilities on Henan Expressway, carry out super charging pile investment, construction management and operation business, accelerate the construction of super charging stations on Henan Expressway network, further promote the layout of Henan Jiaotong New Energy Industry from the application end to the industry end, and deeply promote the development of transportation and energy integration industry.
