Different from the competition in the Shanghai Division (Sunshine Group), the two teams representing the Shanghai Division in the national exchange competition this year are also two high-level teams, namely, the Xuhang Middle School Team of Jiading District, Shanghai (Junior Middle School Boys Group) and the Datong Middle School Team of Shanghai (Senior Middle School Boys Group).
In order to further promote the popularization of women's football and cooperate with the country in cultivating women's football talents, after the opening of the women's group competition in the Shanghai competition area last year, this year's Evening News Cup added a women's middle school group competition in the national exchange competition. Shanghai Women's Football Team 1 and Shanghai Women's Football Team 2 will compete with the women's football team of Shanghai Experimental School in Shigatse and the women's football team of Kashgar Sixth Middle School in Kashgar for the national championship of this group.

Players from the Evening News Cup in Shigatse, Tibet, Kashgar, Xinjiang, Huangshan, Anhui, Taizhou, Zhejiang and Haimen, Nantong will also wear clothing with Haigang elements and come to the scene to cheer for Haigang.
