The real blue ocean of the digital economy lies in the combination of digital platforms and production scenarios, empowering and upgrading traditional industries to form industrial Internet. Industrial Internet plus industrial clusters are a symbol of new quality productivity and a symbolic form of strengthening the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain. Among them, the most critical and technically difficult is industrial Internet. The formation of industrial Internet requires four steps. The first is to achieve digitalization, the second is to achieve networking, the third is to achieve intelligence, and the fourth is to achieve wisdom. Industrial Internet is at a key hub node for the comprehensive realization of networking and the coordinated promotion of intelligence and wisdom. It can be said that if industrial Internet is done well, more than half of industrial Internet will be achieved.
As a major industrial province, Shandong is currently promoting the deep integration of industrial chains and innovation chains based on the industrial Internet, which is an important support for realizing the "industrial empowerment of Shandong" and the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. Shandong is currently in the process of interconnecting everything with the industrial Internet as the core, and is in the process of comprehensive networking, which is jointly driving the development of intelligence and wisdom. The research team of the Shandong Province Soft Science Major Project "Research on the Integration and Upgrading of the Industrial Internet Industrial Chain and Innovation Chain in Shandong Province" recently conducted extensive research on the development of the industrial Internet in Shandong Province.
During the survey, it was found that Shandong has established a multi-level industrial Internet platform system for the needs of industries, parks, regions and enterprises, and horizontal expansion has basically started. The construction of network infrastructure continues to advance, the scale of computing power infrastructure continues to grow, the construction of identification resolution system continues to deepen, and the construction of security assurance system is gradually improving. The tiered growth system of "provincial platform-national characteristic professional platform-national 'dual-cross' platform" continues to be consolidated, a number of industrial Internet industrial parks have been built, the leading force of large service providers has increased year by year, the "platform +" advanced manufacturing industry cluster is emerging, and the integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation is deepening. As the industrial Internet goes deeper and more practical, the prototype of industrial interconnection is gradually emerging.
A number of leading platforms have gradually formed their own empowerment models and empowerment expertise, and in the process of realizing industrial interconnection, they have gradually formed their own characteristics.
For example, Inspur Yunzhou is positioned as an industrial Internet infrastructure builder, a comprehensive service provider for the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, and an industrial Internet platform operator. Haier CoaXus has strong platform integration capabilities, which can achieve seamless connection between consumers and manufacturing systems, and improve production efficiency and customization capabilities. Lemon Bean and Orange Cloud focus on enabling the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and gradually explore their own mature and efficient models in coordinating financial resources and innovative resources to enable the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Each major platform has worked hard in its own field, doing detailed and in-depth work to improve its general level. In the future, in the process of building the industrial Internet, their advantages and characteristics will be further forged and clarified with the formation of a new industrial ecology, and they will establish their own business territories through concerted efforts and joint progress.
However, Shandong has a huge industrial base, and there is still a long way to go to build the industrial Internet. At present, there are still problems such as low organizational level, insufficient scene empowerment, difficult technical research, insufficient number of head chain leaders, backward concepts of small and medium-sized enterprises, imperfect innovation ecology, and coexistence of multiple isolated islands. The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization" reviewed and approved by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party proposed "improving the system to promote the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy", "strengthening the coordination of innovation resources and the organization of forces, and promoting the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation", "accelerating the popularization and application of new generation information technology in all directions and throughout the chain, developing the industrial Internet, and creating a digital industry cluster with international competitiveness", which means that the central government will promote institutionalization in promoting the integration of innovation chain and industrial chain.
As a product of the deep integration of new-generation information technology and manufacturing, the industrial Internet is the main field for promoting the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation and building the industrial Internet, providing a broad space for cultivating new quality productivity. In the future, Shandong will take the development of the industrial Internet as a starting point to launch comprehensive and systematic reforms and modern governance of the industrial chain, work hard for a long time, synergistically drive the integration of digital and real, enhance the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain, and move towards deep industrial interconnection.
