Public information shows that Li Yuquan, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1953 in Chang'an, Dongguan, Guangdong. He started working in September 1972, joined the Communist Party of China in March 1975, and has an associate degree.

Li Yuquan has served in Dongguan for a long time. He has served as member of the Standing Committee of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee, deputy mayor, director of the Humen Port Development Zone Management Committee, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, president of the Municipal Party School, president of the Municipal Administrative College, and president of the Municipal Socialist College.

In May 2006, he was appointed as deputy secretary of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and mayor. In October 2011, he was appointed as secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Dongguan Municipal CPPCC and later served as chairman.

Li Yuquan, male, born in October 1953, started working in September 1972, from Chang'an, Dongguan, with an on-the-job college degree, joined the Communist Party of China in March 1975, Han nationality. From September 2002 to April 2004, he served as a member of the Municipal Party Committee, executive vice mayor and deputy secretary of the Party Group of the Municipal People's Government, and director of the Humen Port Development Zone Management Committee. In 2004, he served as deputy secretary of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and president of the Municipal Party School.

In April 2006, Li Yuquan became the deputy secretary of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and mayor. Zhen Ruichao, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1955 in Taishan, Guangdong. He has a college degree. He started working in December 1973 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1975. He served as member of the Standing Committee of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, member of the Standing Committee of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, and Deputy Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the Dongguan Municipal People's Congress. He retired in June 2017. In November 2019, he was given a serious warning within the party and his retirement benefits were reduced to a second-level inspector.
