Recently, with the successful convening of the last meeting of the on-site review for additional approval of special equipment inspection institutions of Jiangsu Institute of Safety Supervision and Inspection of Special Equipment, the Yangzhou Branch successfully passed the on-site review for additional approval of liquefied petroleum gas cylinder inspection and testing, and is about to obtain the qualification for liquefied petroleum gas cylinder inspection and testing, providing strong technical support for serving local economic development and special equipment safety supervision.
The on-site review of the additional items was conducted by the review expert group organized by the China Special Equipment Inspection Association. According to the approval rules, the review experts conducted a comprehensive and systematic review of the Yangzhou Branch's liquefied petroleum gas cylinder inspection line and quality management system through document review, on-site inspection, questioning and assessment, on-site testing, etc. At the review site, all the inspection instruments and equipment and inspection processes on the inspection line were reviewed, the standardization of the inspection personnel's inspection instrument and equipment operation, the accuracy of the commands, and the operational proficiency of the cooperating personnel were carefully checked, and relevant inquiries were made on the inspection content and methods of key parts.
After three days of comprehensive and detailed review, the expert group members unanimously agreed that the inspection and testing site conditions, instruments and equipment, personnel capabilities, test reports, and quality management system operation of the Yangzhou Branch of the Provincial Special Inspection Institute for LPG cylinders are standardized and effective, meeting the requirements for on-site review of additional inspection and testing items.
