Live broadcast on August 21st. According to The Sun, Mbappe is seeking £47 million in unpaid wages from his former club Paris Saint-Germain.

Mbappe left Paris on a free transfer this summer and subsequently signed with Real Madrid. Mbappe scored a goal in his first appearance for Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup against Atalanta last week.

According to French media reports, Mbappe is currently in dispute with his former club Paris Saint-Germain.

Le Monde said Mbappe has submitted them to UEFA and the legal committee of the French Professional Football League to resolve the issue of £47 million in unpaid wages.

Mbappe said he has not received the salary for the last three months of his contract with Paris. He also claimed that Paris still owes a "moral bonus" and another signing bonus worth 30 million pounds.

PSG disputed Mbappe's claims, with the player reportedly "promising" to forgo the bonus if he leaves as a free agent this summer. However, no agreement has been reached between PSG and Mbappe since representatives of both sides last met in 2023.

Mbappe may eventually take the case to a French labor court. Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain could be banned from the transfer by the French Professional Football League for "failure to pay amounts due."

UEFA may revoke Paris' club license unless Paris proves that they can pay off their debts by February 28. This may lead to Paris' withdrawal from this season's Champions League, with the group stage draw set to take place on August 29.
