The financial report shows that Tongcheng Travel achieved revenue of 4.25 billion yuan in the second quarter, a year-on-year increase of 48.1%. The adjusted net profit was 660 million yuan, and the adjusted net profit margin was 15.5%.

As of the second quarter of 2024, Tongcheng Travel's annual paying users reached 230 million. Its registered users living in non-first-tier cities in China accounted for more than 87% of the total number of registered users. The annual cumulative service number reached 1.86 billion, a year-on-year increase of 29.9%. The annual per capita consumption amount of Tongcheng Travel users increased by 31.9% year-on-year in 2023.

In terms of transportation, Tongcheng Travel's transportation business revenue in the second quarter reached 1.74 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16.6%. Among them, the number of air tickets increased by nearly 20% year-on-year. In terms of accommodation, Tongcheng Hotel's accommodation business revenue in the second quarter reached 1.19 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.8%. Among them, the number of hotel room nights increased steadily by 10% year-on-year. The revenue of other businesses in the second quarter reached 590 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 87.3%, of which the leisure travel business is one of the important components.
