According to the China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance, on August 16, 2024, the power battery-related group standards "Evaluation Method for Electric Vehicle Battery System Safety Warning Model", "Key Materials for the Entire Life Cycle of Lithium-ion Batteries-Thermal Stability Test Method for Positive Electrode Materials in Pole Sheets", "Key Materials for the Entire Life Cycle of Lithium-ion Batteries-Diaphragm Porosity Test Method", and "Key Materials for the Entire Life Cycle of Lithium-ion Batteries-Element Content Test Method for Positive Electrode Materials" were officially released.

The four standards were formulated by the China Automobile Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Battery Alliance") Secretariat, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers' Standards and Regulations Working Committee, the Automobile Power Battery Professional Committee, and the standard drafting groups in accordance with the "China Association of Automobile Manufacturers' Standards Formulation and Revision Management Measures (Trial Version)", and will be officially implemented on September 1, 2024. In the next step, the Battery Alliance will organize the promotion of the standards.
