Something went wrong with another acrobatic performance.

According to Jiupai News, on August 18, an acrobat fell from the sky while performing a tightrope walk at the Siberian Tiger Park in Changchun, Jilin Province. People at the scene said that a doctor tried to rescue him and then sent him to the hospital for treatment. The emergency department and the local street have intervened to verify this.

A staff member of the Siberian Tiger Park told the media that the actor involved is currently in the ICU.(Intensive Care Unit)Treatment. But whether the performer is out of danger and what caused the accident are still pending the results of the relevant investigation. However, the frequent accidents also warn that ensuring safety is the bottom line of acrobatic performances and cannot be breached at any time.

According to the staff member, among the three actors who took part in the performance, two actors secretly replaced the professional safety rope with a thin rope they tied themselves because they thought the professional safety rope was too thick and would affect the performance effect. Finally, one actor accidentally fell during the performance and the rope broke due to insufficient tension.
