According to information released by the Laoshan District People's Government: Laoshan No. 4 Middle School was founded in 1970 and was called Zhangjia Lian Middle School at that time. It moved to its current location in 1991 and was renamed Zhangcun Middle School. In 2001, it was renamed Laoshan District No. 4 Middle School. It is located in the eastern section of Keyuan Weiyi Road, Laoshan District, west of Zhengzhang Community.
