The new school in Xibeiwang District will be incorporated into the Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School Education Group

The construction of the new primary school project on plot HD00-0403-0017 in Yongfeng and the supporting kindergarten project on plots HD00-0403-0015 and 17 in Xibeiwang District has started. After research by the District Education Commission, it is planned that Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School will undertake the construction of the school. It is expected to be completed in March 2025 and put into use in September 2025.

The new primary school project hosted by Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School extends to the northern extension of Yongfeng East Ring Road in the east, Queendian North Second Street in the south, Plot 0016 in the west, and Plot 0015 in the north. The west side is planned as a kindergarten, and the south and north sides are planned as Class II residential land. It is about 2.4 kilometers east of the Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School Science and Technology Park branch.

The new primary school is planned to have 18 classes, with a total area of ​​12,000 square meters and a total construction area of ​​13,700 square meters, including 9,600 square meters of above-ground construction area and 4,100 square meters of underground construction area. The plot ratio is 0.8, the greening rate is 30%, and the building height is 20.95 meters. The supporting kindergarten project is designed to have 9 classes, covering an area of ​​4,000 square meters and a total construction area of ​​3,200 square meters.

It is understood that the new primary school project on Yongfeng HD00-0403-0017 plot and the supporting kindergarten projects on HD00-0403-0015 and 17 plots will be included in the unified management of Zhongguancun No. 3 Primary School Education Group. The group will be guided by the "Three Primary Schools for Everyone" culture and implement integrated management of resource coordination, talent flow, curriculum sharing, teacher training, etc., and strive to build a regional high-quality school to provide better quality education for the people in the region.

A new twelve-year school and kindergarten will soon be built on the HD00-0702-19 plot in Shangdi School District. After research by the District Education Commission, Beijing No. 101 Middle School is planned to undertake the education group project and participate in the school construction. The project is scheduled to start construction in 2026 and is expected to be delivered before the start of the fall semester in 2028.

It is understood that the twelve-year school project undertaken by the Beijing No. 101 Middle School Education Group is adjacent to Shucun North Road and Shangdi West Road, surrounded by urban planning roads and a planned urban green axis on the west. The school is planned to be built as a twelve-year school with 72 classes, and a kindergarten with 9 classes is also planned. The project land area is nearly 51,000 square meters, and the total construction area is nearly 57,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is more than 40,000 square meters and the underground construction area is more than 16,500 square meters. The plot ratio is 0.8, the greening rate is 30%, and the building height is 21.8 meters. The school plans to build 91 dormitories. It is understood that the Shangdi HD00-0702-19 plot education group will be incorporated into the Beijing No. 101 Middle School Education Group.
