On August 16, the second largest Jiangsu liquor brand, Jinshiyuan (603369.SH), released its semi-annual report. The company achieved revenue of 7.304 billion yuan in the first half of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 22.36%; and realized a net profit attributable to the parent of 2.461 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.08%. At the end of June 2024, the balance of Jinshiyuan's contract liabilities was 627 million yuan, a decrease of about 74% compared with 2.4 billion yuan at the end of last year. On August 17, a staff member of Jinshiyuan's securities department responded to a reporter from the "Daily Economic News·Jiangjinjiu" that "the industry is highly competitive, and the pressure on dealers is reduced, and they do not require too much payment."

On the same day, the semi-annual report of Yingjia Gongjiu (603198.SH) showed that the company's operating income in the first half of the year was 3.785 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.44%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.379 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.59%. Yingjia Gongjiu said that the increase in revenue in this period was mainly due to the increase in revenue from mid-to-high-end liquor products represented by the "Dongzang" series.

On August 18, Tianyoude Liquor released its semi-annual report: the company's operating income was approximately 759 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.93%, and its net profit attributable to shareholders was approximately 79.62 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 17.53%.

Reviews: The revenue of Jinshiyuan and Yingjia Gongjiu both increased by more than 20% year-on-year in the first half of 2024. During the adjustment period of liquor, some regional liquor companies still performed well.
