Hironobu Sakaguchi's new work "FANTASIAN Neo Dimension" has been rated "E (10+)" by the ESRB. The rating information shows that this work will contain "fantasy violence, mild blood, mild suggestive themes and the use of alcohol and tobacco."

This is a role-playing game in which the player takes on the role of a treasure hunter searching for lost memories. As the player explores the fantasy world, they interact with characters, recruit teammates, and engage in turn-based combat against human enemies and fantasy creatures (e.g., golems, giant skeletons, robotic sentinels). The player can select weapon attacks and magic spells from a menu; combat is highlighted by light bursts and screen shake effects. One boss creature has blood on its mask and armor; static screen images depict drops of blood on the ground and on the character's face. A few female characters are designed with suggestive features. During the game, the player may encounter drunken characters; background images depict a character smoking a cigar.

Created by Hironobu Sakaguchi and Nobuo Uematsu, FANTASIAN Neo Dimension is an enhanced version of 2021's FANTASIAN, which is expected to be released later this year. The deadly sphere "Mechteria" that steals human emotions and lives is slowly devouring the world. The protagonist Leo, who has lost his memory, wakes up in a strange place full of machines. Relying on the remaining "Warp Device", Leo embarks on a journey across dimensions to find his lost memories.
