"Shangrao Qingfeng" reported that, with approval, the Wannian County Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission opened an investigation into the suspected serious violations of discipline and law by Li Peixia, a member of the 14th Wannian County Party Committee and former Secretary of the Shangfang Township Party Committee.

Upon investigation, it was found that Li Peixia had lost her ideals and beliefs, betrayed her original aspirations and mission, violated political discipline, and resisted organizational review; she violated the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations, illegally accepted consumption cards, and used public funds to maintain her private car; she had a weak sense of organization, violated democratic centralism, made personal decisions on major issues, and did not truthfully explain the issues when the organization inquired about them; she abused her power for personal gain, illegally contracted engineering projects within her jurisdiction to make profits, used her position to make profits for others in project contracting and project payment, and illegally accepted property.

Li Peixia violated the party's political discipline, the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, and life discipline, constituting a serious duty violation and suspected of bribery. She did not stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The nature of her violation is serious and the impact is bad. She should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China", "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China", "Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China for Public Officials", etc., after research by the Standing Committee of the Wannian County Discipline Inspection Commission and the Standing Committee of the Wannian County Party Committee, and after deliberation by the Standing Committee of the Shangrao Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, it was reported to the Shangrao Municipal Party Committee for approval and decided to expel Li Peixia from the party; the Wannian County Supervision Committee expelled her from public office; confiscated her illegal gains; and transferred her suspected criminal issues to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved was transferred together.

Li Peixia, female, Han nationality, was born in May 1983 in Wannian, Jiangxi Province. She has a postgraduate degree and started working in December 2001. She joined the Communist Party of China in May 2003. She has worked in the Women's Federation of Wannian County, Peimei Town, and Shangfang Township.
