Youth League Committee, in collaboration with the Youth League Committees of Changke Co., Ltd., Tangshan Co., Ltd. and other related enterprises, jointly organized the Youth League Committee of China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. in Chengdu EMU Depot to hold a launching ceremony for the theme activity of "Team Building and Co-building to Promote Development, Innovation and Efficiency for Youth" . Relevant leaders of the National Railway Youth League Committee, Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd., CRRC, and some leaders and youth representatives of the Youth League organizations of both sides participated in the event.
Li Zeng, Party Secretary of Chengdu EMU Section, delivered a welcome speech. Jiang Li, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Guan Jindi, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of CRRC Sifang Co., Ltd., spoke as representatives of the two parties.
Youth Innovation and Creativity Studio unveiled
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the first youth commando in China. In order to give full play to the role of young people as a new force and commando, the railway and enterprises have formed more than 30 paired youth commandos to take on tasks related to vehicle operation and maintenance, and work together to tackle more than 30 difficult and painful issues in actual business, such as traction motor temperature rise test, sensor optimization and transformation, and drainage trough cover treatment. At the same time, further optimization and improvement will be made in terms of information sharing mechanisms and business cooperation mechanisms, so as to promote the dual improvement of vehicle transportation safety and efficiency.

After the meeting, the participants and youth representatives visited the Qingtong Innovation Studio of Chengdu EMU Depot and CRRC Chengdu Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company to observe the team-building, innovation and efficiency creation work of both the railway and enterprises.
