The People's Liberation Army delegation went abroad and accomplished three major events with its US allies. Not only was the United States unable to intervene, but it also discovered that something was not right. Every move of the US military is likely to be seen through by China.

As China's national defense strength continues to improve, many countries are actively cooperating with us in the military field, including but not limited to purchasing our weapons and conducting joint military exercises with the People's Liberation Army. These cooperation and exchanges are of great significance to both us and our partners, and both sides can get what they need and gain a lot of dividends.

At the same time, it is important to emphasize that such cooperation is based only on communication and exchange, and is not, as some people have hyped, "China and other countries are establishing military alliances and threatening the regional situation."

This is the cooperation between China and Thailand. Recently, a high-level PLA inspection team visited Thailand and did three major things.

(People's Liberation Army delegation visits Thailand)

First of all, it was to finalize the order for S-26T conventional submarines purchased by Thailand. It actually took a long time to finalize the order. At the beginning, Thailand was very fond of the S-26T conventional submarines, but because it did not use German engines, the order was shelved, resulting in a stagnation in China-Thailand military procurement cooperation.

Later, through exchanges between China and Thailand, the Thai side gradually recognized the Chinese engine, so the order was able to move forward. The fact that China sent someone to work with the Thai side to implement this matter shows that we attach great importance to it. After all, this is an excellent opportunity to prove that my country's self-developed equipment is excellent.

The second thing is to sign an agreement on China's assistance in training Thai submarine officers and soldiers, and to determine related matters. This is also very important to us. Since Thailand wants to buy Chinese submarines, it must be familiar with how to use them. If Thailand wants its officers and soldiers to seek training from China, it means that the submarine order between China and Thailand is definitely a done deal.

The last thing was that the PLA inspection team visited the Thai Navy submarine base, especially the Sattahip Naval Base, Thailand’s largest military port. Perhaps in the eyes of ordinary people, this matter is the most insignificant, but for the United States, it has "extraordinary significance."

What the US noticed was that the submarine dock project at the Sattahip base was actually constructed by a Chinese company. In other words, one of the purposes of the PLA inspection team's special visit to the base was to inspect the progress of the project carried out by the Chinese construction team.

Of course, this is not the main point. Previously, the US hyped up the Ream base in Cambodia as an "overseas base" of the Chinese Navy, on the grounds that China built some of its facilities. This time, there were also Chinese personnel at the Sattahip base, which made the US suspicious again, believing that the Chinese Navy already had two "forward outposts" in Southeast Asia.

More importantly, the relationship between the United States and Thailand has always been presented to the outside world as an alliance, but now China and Thailand have done three major things, and the United States has no say in them. And judging from the Sino-Thai cooperation project at the Sattahip Naval Base, if the US military visits Thailand again in the future, it should be impossible for the warships to dock at the port of the base. After all, the US side has to consider whether the US military's every move in Thailand will be seen through by China.

In fact, the United States now has a strange feeling in its heart. It can only be said that the United States thinks too much. China’s overseas cooperation projects are all open, and China has never wanted to hide anything. If Chinese companies have the opportunity to build a foreign military base port, it means that they also have the right to use related facilities. This is too fantastic. What's more, will the partners agree to do this?

The United States is just too nervous. As long as there is any movement from China, the United States will be very anxious. Now not only is the PLA inspecting the Thai submarine base, but China and Thailand are also planning to hold the "Eagle Strike-2024" joint exercise. At that time, many types of Chinese fighter jets will fly out of the country to participate in the exercise. Seeing this scene, will the United States be devastated again? The United States is likely to hype up the "PLA threat" again, but don't forget that the US military is the one running around the world and usually exacerbating regional tensions. Should the United States criticize itself as it does China?
