Beijing News Shell Finance: How do you view the smart glasses industry at present?

On August 17, a research report released by CITIC Securities showed that the current combination of AI (artificial intelligence) + mobile phones includes both end-side models (the mobile phone has computing power) and cloud models, and consumers use mobile phones more for sound + image interaction. CITIC Securities believes that in the future, devices worn on the head (typically glasses, headphones, etc.) will make up for the shortcomings of mobile phone interaction. Since AR (Augmented Reality) glasses still have difficulties in waveguide mass production (referring to mass production of waveguide products) and cost control, the first form of AI landing may be smart glasses (both visual and auditory) and headphone products with cameras, and their computing power still needs to be supported by the mobile phone side. Because smart glasses are similar in shape to ordinary glasses and weigh about 50g, they can obtain image/video information from the user's real perspective, achieve a what-you-see-is-what-you-get effect, and realize more natural AI interaction.
