On the evening of August 16, Wandes (688178.SH, stock price 9.82 yuan, market value 836 million yuan) disclosed that the company filed a lawsuit with the Huaiyang District People's Court of Zhoukou City regarding a service contract dispute with the Huaiyang District Urban Management Bureau of Zhoukou City, and received the court's "Notice of Acceptance of Case" on August 16.

It is reported that in November 2021, Wandes and the Urban Management Bureau of Huaiyang District, Zhoukou City signed the "Zhoukou Huaiyang District Domestic Waste Treatment Plant Concentrated Liquid Full Quantity Treatment Service Project Service Contract", which stipulated that Wandes would provide the Urban Management Bureau of Huaiyang District, Zhoukou City with concentrated liquid full quantity treatment services at a unit price of 365.02 yuan/cubic meter. As of August 16, 2023, a total of 20,000 cubic meters of concentrated liquid had been treated, with a treatment fee of 7.3004 million yuan.

In September 2023, the two parties renewed the service contract, and from August 16, 2023 to July 18, 2024, another 17,650 cubic meters of concentrate were processed, with a processing fee of 6.4426 million yuan, totaling 13.743 million yuan.

But Wanders said that so far,The Zhoukou City Huaiyang District Urban Management Bureau has not paid a penny. The other party's delayed payment has caused great losses to the company. In order to protect its legitimate rights and interests, the company has filed a lawsuit in court.

Wandes said that the company has made partial bad debt provisions for the accounts receivable of the Huaiyang District Urban Management Bureau of Zhoukou City in accordance with the enterprise accounting standards. Given that the lawsuit has not yet been heard in court, the impact of the lawsuit on the company's current and future profits is uncertain, and the final actual impact will be subject to the court's decision.
