On August 15th, the Central Office for Spiritual Civilization Construction, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Women's Federation, and the China Working Committee on the Care of the Aged jointly held a ceremony to release the advanced deeds of the "Good Youth of the New Era" in 2024, and introduced the advanced deeds of 50 (groups) of outstanding children to the society. Li Xinshuo from Xinhua Middle School in Linqu County, Weifang City, Shandong Province was selected for the 2024 National "Good Youth of the New Era" Advanced Deeds Release List, the only one in Shandong Province.
Li Xinshuo has been an excellent student, versatile and passionate about public welfare since childhood. She strives to be a "public welfare ambassador" in promoting Mandarin, environmental health education, garbage classification and drowning prevention. The dream-chasing journey with Xinjiang teenagers began with a circle of friends from a teacher who was helping Xinjiang in 2017. Li Xinshuo exchanged the more than 1,400 yuan of New Year's money she had saved for books and stationery and sent them to her as soon as possible. She also launched the "Love for the Border and Helping the Youngsters to Realize Their Dreams" public welfare activity with her classmates. After 7 years of mutual assistance, the little pomegranate flowers have bloomed in both Shandong and Xinjiang.

Li Xinshuo's inclusion in the 2024 National "Good Boys of the New Era" Advanced Deeds Release List is a fruitful result of Weifang Linqu's full-environment moral education practice. Linqu has been carrying out the "Good Boys of the New Era" publicity and selection activities for many years, and a total of 100 Linqu County "Good Boys of the New Era" have been selected, of which 1 was named a national "Good Boy of the New Era", 1 was named a "Good Boy of the New Era" in Shandong Province, and 8 were named "Good Boys of the New Era" in Weifang City.
