Pingtung Middle School will build a Wusi North campus
On August 16, the Fuzhou Public Resources Trading Network released the "Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School Wusi North Campus Construction Project (Construction Drawing Design, Construction Prefabricated Component Production Integration)-Tender Notice". The tender notice shows that the Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School Wusi North Campus Construction Project (Construction Drawing Design, Construction, Prefabricated Component Production Integration) has been approved for construction, the project has completed the preliminary design and approval, the project estimate or investment budget, and now the general contracting of the project is open for bidding.
According to the announcement, the construction project of the Wusi North Campus of Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School is located on the west side of Lafite Mansion in Sansheng International Park, Wusi North, Jin'an District, with a total land area of 37,801 square meters and a total construction area of 62,388 square meters. The project construction content includes a teaching complex building, a living annex building (dormitory and canteen), a sports and arts complex building, basements, corridors, guardhouses and other supporting rooms. The school scale is 42 classes.
Pingtung Middle School was founded in 1982 and is located in the core area of the city at the eastern foot of Pingshan Mountain in Fuzhou. It is the largest public full-time general middle school in Fuzhou. In March 2013, it was recognized as a first-class high school by the Fujian Provincial Department of Education.
On November 5, 2021, the Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School Education Group was officially unveiled. It is based on Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School as the group's head school, with Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School Pingbei Branch, Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School Software Park Teaching Point, and Fuzhou Pingtung Middle School Wusi North Campus being run by the same legal entity, and the Second Affiliated Middle School of Fuzhou Education Institute being managed by a different legal entity.
Shouzhan Central Primary School will build a third phase project
Recently, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Changle District, Fuzhou City issued the "Pre-approval Notice of the Phase III Project of Shouzhan Central Primary School".
The third phase project of Shouzhan Central Primary School is located in Shouzhan Village, Shouzhan Town, with a planned land area of 24,307 square meters. The construction unit now plans to build a temporary work shed.
Shouzhan Central Primary School in Changle District, Fuzhou City was founded in 1912. The school has been awarded the titles of Provincial Rural Demonstration Primary School, Provincial Most Beautiful Book-loving Campus, Provincial Safe Campus, Municipal Compulsory Education Standardized School, and District Civilized Campus.
