On August 14, the "Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily" and the Shanghai Institute of Scientific and Technological Information (ISTIS) jointly released the "2024 Pioneer Science and Technology Innovator Series List∙New Quality Productivity Value Pioneer List". Huang Junqiang, co-founder of Tanji Technology, was shortlisted for the list for his keen insight and outstanding innovation ability.
The list took five months to compile. Through information collection, data verification, and multi-dimensional scoring, 47 pioneers who have made positive contributions to the development of science and technology were finally selected. This selection is a concentrated display of the innovative achievements in China's science and technology in the past year, and records the efforts and wisdom of scientists and innovators.
As China's economy enters a new stage of high-quality development, the rise of new productivity, especially breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation, is becoming a key force in promoting economic transformation and industrial upgrading. Scientific and technological innovators, with their keen insight and outstanding innovation capabilities, are becoming the core force driving this process. Through the selection, the organizers hope to share the experiences and insights of scientific and technological innovators in their respective fields, provide reference and inspiration for later generations; let more people understand the personality and style of scientific and technological innovators, show their unique charm as pioneers of the times, and enhance the public's understanding of China's current innovation potential.
Among them, the New Productivity Value Pioneer List selected 15 pioneers in science and technology, and the registration popularity of this newly established list ranked first. More than 40% of the candidates who applied for this list are from the "artificial intelligence and digital economy" track, nearly 50% have a doctorate degree, and 60% are in the "prime age" of 34-43 years old. The companies they founded also show high growth characteristics.
