On August 15, Tuhu Auto Care was invited by Jiangsu Aerospace Shanyou Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aerospace Shanyou) to visit and exchange views at the Xi'an R&D Center, and visited the branch factory of the National Aviation High-tech Industrial Base in Yanliang, Xi'an, Xi'an Aerospace Chemical Power Co., Ltd. and other places for research. When consumers choose car film products, in addition to conventional sun protection and paint protection functions, they also pay more attention to the product's energy-saving and heat-insulating, signal "0" blocking and ultraviolet blocking capabilities.
Exploring the civilianization and industrialization of aerospace technology is a trend in technological development. Aerospace Shanyou and its superior units have accumulated valuable practical experience in the application of rocket surface coating materials and technologies in automotive products. In May this year, Tuhu Car Maintenance Platform exclusively launched the "Chang'e Series" heat-insulating window film jointly launched by Shengli Car Film and Aerospace Shanyou. Once it was launched, it became a hot-selling product, and the heat-insulating effect was personally recommended by many users. The subsequent launch of the "Everest Series" window film with 100% full-band UV blocking and the "Planet Guardian Series" invisible car cover have also been widely recognized by users.
In recent years, high-tech magnetron sputtering metal films have emerged, and their efficient heat insulation and UV protection performance have attracted the attention of users. However, due to the high difficulty of construction and temperature control, quality stability and construction services have always been problems in the industry. In order to ensure the overall service quality of film pasting, Tuhu Auto Care will work with two professional film laboratories, the Jiangsu High-Performance Optical Thin Film Materials Engineering Technology Research Center under China Aerospace and the Yangtze River Delta Center of the Technology Innovation Center of Xi'an Aerospace Chemical Power Co., Ltd., to jointly develop high-performance magnetron sputtering metal film car film products, and will be the first in the industry to launch a dual-standard system for magnetron sputtering metal film special construction and certification, standardizing the market magnetron sputtering metal film mounting process from tools and equipment, construction requirements and other aspects to solve the problem of metal film construction.
