In September this year, the 2024 Dongguan "Factory BA" is about to start. Dozens of local Dongguan enterprise teams will use basketball as a medium to communicate and compete on the court. Among these teams is a rising star, consisting of 18 members from TTI Innovation Group. After several months of training, they are ready and full of confidence to face the "Factory BA".

As a large enterprise that has been rooted in Dongguan for 36 years, TTI has a strong basketball atmosphere. The company organizes 12 department teams to play basketball games every year, with nearly 200 players participating, and establishes a special corporate basketball club. Team members use this platform to strengthen communication, learn from each other, and grow together. In the 14 years since the team was founded, it has won the championship in the Houjie Union Cup Basketball Tournament many times. In 2019, it won the employee group championship of the Houjie Town Federation of Trade Unions Men's Basketball Championship with an impressive record of 7 wins. The players participating in the 2024 Dongguan "Factory BA" are all outstanding employees selected from the club.

In order to prepare for this "factory BA", the TTI basketball team started intensive training 3 months in advance. There are detailed training plans every week, including strength training, physical training, shooting training, etc. At the same time, they actively played warm-up matches with external teams. They sweated profusely on the training ground, and their teammates cooperated well with each other. After a period of training, they gradually became proficient in dribbling, passing, and shooting. All the players of the team are full of confidence in participating in this competition. Everyone is looking forward to competing with the outstanding players in Dongguan and showing the united fighting spirit of TTI people.

The 2024 Dongguan "Factory BA" will polish Dongguan's business card of "Basketball City" with exciting competitions, highlighting the charm of Dongguan as a technologically strong city and its vibrant youthful background.
