The “JK Niu·FUN Market” cultural Xicheng event has invited nearly 30 cultural, creative, and food brands to participate, and the event will last until early October.
Zhengyang Bookstore, the "most Beijing" physical bookstore, will bring a series of Beijing historical and cultural themed publications, including the signed edition of "Beijing City: The Final Crystallization of China's Successive Capitals" by the famous historical geographer Mr. Zhu Zuxi; the "Lucky Rabbit" brought by "Unlimited Creation" will allow citizens to experience the special creativity of "soft clay Zen" art; the popular baking brand "Uncle Bear and Aunt Bear", which has twice been awarded the "French Traditional Handmade Bakery" certificate by the French Embassy in China, will also bring authentic French bread and ice cream products; the retro cultural and creative Second Touch will bring many European prints, old photos, postcards and other collections from the 17th to 19th centuries; the "Insert China" Beijing Central Axis boutique series products will make their debut at this market, and there will also be mysterious puppets on site to interact with citizens.

Xiwai Plaza is located in the core area of Jinke New District. The "JK FUN" shopping mall, which was renovated and upgraded from the underground space of the former "Dongpi" Julong Market, is now actively recruiting investors and will soon be officially open to the public.

It will introduce high-quality brands and specialty stores such as catering, entertainment, sports, and experience, becoming a new carrier of Xicheng's stories and cultural emotions, exploring the creation of a "24-hour non-closing" consumption space to enhance nighttime consumption vitality. At the same time, the "JK FUN" mall also provides service support for the national financial technology innovation zone, providing 600 parking spaces to make up for the lack of regional commercial support.
