Another city has added a system where resettlement housing tickets can be used across regions - Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province recently issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Implementation of Housing Tickets for House Acquisition in Wenzhou City", which clearly establishes a cross-regional use system for housing tickets within the urban area of the city.
According to the Opinion, the value of a housing voucher includes the equity amount and housing voucher rewards, where the equity amount is the quantification of the monetary compensation or property exchange rights of the expropriated house. If you use a housing voucher to purchase a house in a housing supermarket and sign a purchase contract within the use period, you can obtain a housing purchase reward in proportion to the equity amount used according to the different time points of the purchase. The earlier you buy a house and the more equity amount you use, the higher the reward you will receive. If the expropriated person is a natural person, he or she may also request the housing expropriation implementation unit to change the user of the housing voucher to a close relative, and the number of changes is limited to one.
