It is understood that when Gree's internal emails are sent to current employees, the corresponding internal mailbox will pop up, but when the name of a former employee is entered, it cannot be searched. According to feedback from Gree's internal employees, the corresponding mailbox could still be searched on the morning of August 16, but it cannot be searched when trying to send an email to Wang Ziru.

In this regard, an insider of Gree explained that one possible reason why Wang Ziru's name could not be found was that he was transferred to other departments and the OA temporarily showed that he had resigned. Another possibility was that he resigned directly from Gree.

The consumption restriction order shows that on January 22, the Nanshan District Court filed an execution case filed by the applicant Shanghai Shuhui Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) to execute the dispute between Wang Ziru and Shanghai Shuhui Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership).

Tianyancha shows that Wang Ziru had previously been forced to pay about 33.84 million yuan by the Nanshan District Court for the above case. The consumption restriction order shows that Wang Ziru failed to perform the payment obligations determined by the effective legal documents within the period specified in the execution notice. In response, the Nanshan District Court took consumption restriction measures against Wang Ziru in accordance with Article 266 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and Articles 1 and 3 of the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Restricting High Consumption and Related Consumption of Executed Persons.

The Nanshan District Court stated that if Wang Ziru engaged in the above-mentioned prohibited consumption activities due to life necessities, he should apply to the court and can only proceed after approval. At the same time, if Wang Ziru violated the consumption restriction order and it was verified to be true, the Nanshan District Court would impose a fine and detention in accordance with Article 114 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China; if the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, criminal liability will be pursued in accordance with the law.
