"Shanghai has experienced the changes and development of the times, just like the metamorphosis of a butterfly, and has been innovating and progressing." Cross-border artist Ye Qing said in an interview that the installation art work "Green Sea·Butterfly Realm" takes butterflies as the main inspiration, combines the intangible cultural heritage Shanghai crochet elements, environmentally friendly plant dyeing techniques, uses recyclable materials, and reflects the audience's shadow through mirrors, triggering the audience's deep thinking about environmental art innovation and cultural heritage.
The installation art work "The Sea of Desire Reshapes the New Life" is made up of more than 6,000 waste plastic bottles to weave the ecological environment of the post-human world polluted by plastic. "The work reflects the ecological consequences of the proliferation of plastics and the expansion of desire. While showing the serious problem of plastic pollution, it hopes that humans will take the initiative and be creative in dealing with environmental crises." Young artist Yuan Long said in an interview that art can bring the relationship between ecology and the current era closer in the shortest time, and better connect young people through material innovation, topic innovation, media innovation, etc., and convey the concept of sustainability.

Xiao Ge said that over the past 15 years, he has traveled to wildlife reserves almost all over the world to photograph the living conditions of wild animals and show how they adapt to the environment under a changing climate, which is also an important part of the construction of ecological civilization.
"Humanity is facing many ecological dilemmas and will embark on the path of ecological development in the future. This is our inevitable choice." Qiao Yanjun, director of the Institute of Urban Construction and Management of the Shanghai Academy of Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Development, said that in the future, the core concept of ecological city design will be physical and mental health. We should not only pay attention to physical health, but also mental health.
