The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System shows that on August 12, Hengyang Hengfeng Beverage Co., Ltd. underwent a number of industrial and commercial changes. In the director registration, "company director Shi Lijuan, director Zong Fuli, chairman Shi Youzhen" was changed to "director Zong Fuli who executes company affairs." In terms of corporate type change, the company changed from "limited liability company (Sino-foreign joint venture)" to "limited liability company (foreign investment, non-sole proprietorship)".

According to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, Hengyang Hengfeng Beverage Co., Ltd.'s historical name was Hengyang Wahaha Hengfeng Beverage Co., Ltd., with Zhu Lidan as its legal representative and registered capital of US$12 million. Its business scope includes the production and sale of beverages [bottled (barreled) drinking water (drinking purified water, other drinking water), carbonated beverages (soda), tea beverages, fruit and vegetable juices and their beverages, protein beverages, and other beverages] as well as plastic packaging containers and tools for food.

Industrial and commercial data show that in 2022, one of the shareholders of Hengyang Hengfeng Beverage Co., Ltd., Hongsheng Beverage Group Co., Ltd., underwent industrial and commercial changes, and the person in charge was changed from Zong Fuli to Zhu Lidan. On July 5, 2024, Zong Fuli's position changed from chairman of the company to executive director, and the company's directors Shi Lijuan and Shi Youzhen withdrew. (China News Service APP)
