Hefei, August 16 (China News Service) (Reporter Han Suyuan) In the first half of this year, the proportion of industrial investment in Fuyang City, Anhui Province to fixed asset investment rose to 34.7%, manufacturing investment increased by 50.5%, ranking first in the province, industrial taxes accounted for 41.9% of total taxes, and profits of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 45.2%, ranking third in the province.

In Linquan County, four standardized factory buildings have been built in the first phase of the Luxshare Precision Automotive Electronics Industrial Park project, and the second phase of the project is progressing steadily... On the production line, workers operate in an orderly manner, and branded automotive circuit wiring harnesses are made in Linquan.

The project is invested and constructed by Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., a Fortune 500 company, with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan (RMB, the same below). It mainly produces new energy vehicle circuit boards, vehicle wiring harnesses, connecting wires and other automotive parts.

"The local human resources are abundant and the investment promotion is sincere." Xu Zhijun, general manager of Luxshare Precision Industry (Anhui) Co., Ltd., believes that the rapid development of the project is inseparable from the local "nanny-style" service.

The entire process from signing the contract to starting construction was completed in 3 months, the transitional factory building was put into production in 2 months, vocational and technical schools opened majors as needed, and the entire county mobilized to recruit thousands of workers for enterprises... A series of "hard-core" operations made Xu Zhijun exclaim "unexpected".

"The project has created jobs for nearly 2,700 people, more than half of whom are local employees. After the project reaches full production, it can achieve an annual output value of 5 billion yuan and create 5,000 jobs." Xu Zhijun is full of confidence in the project. "The company plans to build a high-end automotive electronic parts industrial park here, which can effectively drive the development and extension of the new energy vehicle industry chain."

To attract enterprises to develop in Fuyang, there is not only the guarantee of factors such as personnel, capital, and land, but also the systematic improvement and advance planning of the industrial chain.

"The higher the industrial concentration, the lower the production cost and the greater the market advantage." Wang Chenggen, deputy general manager of Anhui Seraphim Energy Co., Ltd., praised Yingshang County's innovative services for developing the photovoltaic industry. "The local government has provided great help in the supply chain. Our largest material supplier is here."

Anhui Seraphim Energy Co., Ltd. is a photovoltaic enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The total investment of Anhui Seraphim photovoltaic modules and cell projects is about 10.3 billion yuan, and it is planned to build 15GW photovoltaic modules and 15GW high-efficiency N-type cell projects. After the project is fully put into production, the annual output value is expected to be about 28 billion yuan, creating more than 5,000 jobs.

Since the start of production, Anhui Seraphim and Yingshang County have been "running in both directions", attracting many high-quality photovoltaic companies to come. So far, Yingshang County has gathered 15 photovoltaic-related companies, and the annual output value accounts for 25% of the county's GDP.

In recent years, Fuyang City has continuously optimized its development environment, made every effort to create a satisfactory "Fu" business environment brand, implemented mechanisms such as private entrepreneurs' forums, "four appointments", and "help and agency", practiced the "frontline + closed-loop" work method, and polished the "step forward" work brand.

In addition, Fuyang City also regularly implements the "Saturday Consultation" to ensure the elements of key projects, organizes and carries out ten actions of "Satisfied Fuyang Services" for the business environment, and deeply promotes actions such as the "through train" for enterprise services, improving the quality and efficiency of government services, speeding up project implementation, and solving financing problems.
