As Gamescom's opening night show draws near, its confirmed game lineup continues to grow, and now another major title has been confirmed to be making an appearance during the event.
Producer and host Jeff Keighley revealed on Twitter that Gamescom Opening Night Live will feature a "new look" for Dragon Ball ZERO. The upcoming 3D arena fighter from Bandai Namco and Spike Chunsoft has received its fair share of trailers in recent weeks, and with the game set to launch in October, it makes sense to ramp up the marketing efforts.
Earlier this week, Bandai Namco revealed the android characters in the character line-up, and the trailer before that revealed the Saiyan and Namek characters.
Dragon Ball ZERO will be released on October 11 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Other games confirmed for Gamescom ONL include Civilization VII, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Monster Hunter: Wildlands, Indiana Jones: The Ancient Circle, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Marvel Confrontation. The highlight of the opening night was of course the new game announcements.
