Heavy manufacturing scenarios involve a wide range of processes, including cutting, forming, machining, assembly, surface treatment and other process links. The tools and process methods used in each link are different. At the same time, due to the characteristics of heavy industry such as multiple types and small batches of materials, faced with metal plates, profiles and non-standard structural parts of various sizes, as well as the deviation of incoming materials caused by upstream manufacturing, the complexity of the development and debugging of automation equipment such as industrial robots will be increased, and the equipment research and development requirements are extremely high.
As the demands of the industry become clearer and the products on the technology side gradually mature, solving the pain points of traditional robots, such as flexibility, small batches and diversification, has become an important proposition for the industry. According to data from the International Federation of Robotics (IFR), in 2022, the global sales of industrial robots will reach more than 500,000 units, and the sales in the Chinese market will account for more than 50% of the global sales. It is predicted that in 2024, the scale of my country's industrial robot market will exceed 70 billion yuan, with strong growth momentum.

Dual-station intelligent loading and unloading + bevel cutting + grinding combination station
Take bevel cutting as an example. Bevel cutting is a common process in metal material processing, mainly used for preparation before welding. The traditional bevel cutting process is cumbersome, requiring high skills and experience of workers, and involves non-standard workpieces. It requires positioning of tooling one by one, searching for "traces" according to drawings, manual operation, unloading and handling, high temperature, noise and dust environment, which is time-consuming, inefficient and exhausting for workers.
After connecting to the intelligent bevel cutting station solution of "Dilburg", a single station can replace 4 to 6 production line workers. Through data closed loop and multi-machine collaboration, the efficiency is 6 times that of traditional manual operation. The product delivery cycle is within 3 months, which improves production capacity while saving labor costs and truly realizes unmanned operation.
At present, the "Dilburg" intelligent single station has been applied in six major scenarios: loading and unloading, cutting, sorting, grinding, spraying and welding. According to the material characteristics, technical routes and advantages, process difficulties and other issues of different links, it can adapt to the scene conditions to meet the specific operational needs of different scenarios.
