The price of Huawei Mate 60 Pro will be reduced by 800 yuan, and the price will start from 5699 yuan; the price of Huawei Mate 60 Pro+ will be reduced by 800 yuan, and the price will start from 8199 yuan. However, the price of Huawei Mate 60 RS has not been adjusted.

The Huawei Mate 60 series is a high-end smartphone launched by Huawei at the end of August 2023. It has been favored by consumers since its release, and there was a phenomenon of "one phone is hard to get". Industry insiders once said that as of the end of June this year, the sales of all versions of the Huawei Mate 60 series have exceeded 10 million units.

According to information revealed by Yu Chengdong, Huawei's executive director, chairman of the Terminal BG, and chairman of the Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU at the HDC 2024 Huawei Developer Conference, the Huawei Mate 70 series of mobile phones will be released in the fourth quarter of this year, and will be the first to be equipped with the official version of Hongmeng HarmonyOS NEXT.

According to official data released by Huawei, the sales of HUAWEI nova Flip exceeded 45,000 units in 72 hours after its launch, an 85% increase over the sales of Pocket S, helping Huawei's market share in the small folding category exceed 70%.

Huawei's smartphone sales have continued to grow this year. According to a report recently released by market research firm TechInsights, Huawei's global smartphone shipments in the second quarter of this year were 11.6 million units, a year-on-year increase of 49%. Due to the large proportion of high-end models (Mate and Pura series combination), its wholesale average selling price (ASP) and wholesale revenue both hit record highs.

TechInsights said that Huawei's global shipment growth mainly came from the Asia-Pacific region, with China playing a key role. In the second quarter, Huawei ranked third in the Chinese smartphone market.

Changjiang Securities believes that with the hot sales of models such as the Mate60 series and the Pura70 series, Huawei's mobile phone shipments have gradually recovered. The hot sales of Huawei mobile phones are expected to further increase the market share of HarmonyOS, and Huawei's huge user base will be an important guarantee for the development of Hongmeng.
