CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited announced that it has applied to the UK Financial Conduct Authority for approval to list the entire issued share capital of the company in the category of equity shares (secondary listing of international business companies) on the Financial Conduct Authority's official list, and has applied to the London Stock Exchange plc (London Stock Exchange) for approval to trade its shares on the main market of listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company is currently listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is expected that the Shares will be admitted to the Stock Exchange at 8:00 am (BST) on Monday, August 19, 2024. The Shares will be traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code "1038" and on the London Stock Exchange under the stock code "CKI".
