In order to guide college students to enter Gaomi, understand Gaomi, and choose Gaomi, during the summer vacation of 2024, the Weifang Gaomi Youth League Municipal Committee, in conjunction with the Gaomi Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Gaomi Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department, and Gaomi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, organized more than 50 returning college students to carry out the "Blue Bird Plan·Return of the Wild Geese" hometown tour for students from 100 schools.
The college students visited Leju Robot, Zepu Medical, Red Sorghum Art Park and other companies for study and observation. By watching corporate promotional videos and visiting exhibition halls and workshops, they gained an in-depth understanding of the company's development history, industrial layout, corporate culture, and talent introduction policies, and personally experienced the innovative achievements of Gaomi City's high-quality development.
After the event, the students said that through this hometown trip, they had a more comprehensive and profound understanding of their hometown, felt the rapid development and changes of Gaomi, and were full of confidence in the future development of their hometown. As native Gaomi people, they should actively promote their hometown and use what they have learned to contribute to the construction of their hometown.
