James Cameron was interviewed by foreign media and talked about the new Alien film "Taken" as well as "Avatar 4" and "Avatar 5".
James Cameron revealed that the scripts for Avatar 4 and Avatar 5 have been completed and he recently reread the scripts. He said that he is full of energy and will definitely direct Avatar 4 and Avatar 5 unless he is hit by a bus. "This is a very exciting story and must be filmed. If I am hit by a bus and lie in an iron lung, then someone else will do it."
He also revealed that Michelle Yeoh will play the scientist Dr. Karina Mogue in "Avatar 4" and "Avatar 5", but will not appear in "Avatar 3: Fire and Ash" as previously reported. He said that was a false report. In addition, the director also expressed his love for Michelle Yeoh: "We love Michelle Yeoh and look forward to working together."
The new Alien film "Taken" was released in China and the United States at the same time. Cameron said that he was not familiar with the film's director Alvarez. He did see the rough cut and made some suggestions, but the outside world's claims that he praised the film were pure fabrication and he did not contribute much creativity.
