Cao Zhiqiang, one of the members of the publicity team, won the second prize in the "Zhengzhou Bureau Group Theme Publicity Competition". He started with a paper ticket he bought when he was a student 13 years ago, and led everyone to review the changes in railway services from paper tickets to electronic tickets. Zhang Leina, secretary of the Youth League Committee of the section, introduced the "way" of growth and success around a series of measures in the section, such as "helping young people quickly integrate into their jobs", "professional skills training", "youth talent innovation", and "youth model selection and brand building". Liu Duren, the propaganda assistant of the Party Committee of the section, combined his work experience and vividly described the advantages of the railway industry through comparison, guiding young people to cleverly combine their interests and specialties with their work.
At the symposium after the lecture, the newly recruited young workers were full of passion and spoke freely, sharing their experiences. "After listening to this lecture, I am more determined to devote myself to the railway. I want to better combine my professional knowledge with work skills, contribute my own strength, and make a difference in the railway industry!" said Wang Mengge, who graduated from Southwest University with a master's degree in finance.
