The documentary closely follows the theme of China's modern rural development, focusing on issues of international concern such as medical care, environment, education, economic development, social welfare, and Internet companies. By vividly recording Zhejiang's practice of building a common prosperity demonstration zone through high-quality development, it tells the world the true story of rural areas on the road of China's modern development.

Tim Haig is a British producer who has served as a BBC presenter, freelance writer and documentary producer. Tim has visited China many times and has his own insights and understanding of China's development and culture.

Over the past 20 years, the "10 million project" has created thousands of beautiful villages, benefited thousands of Zhejiang people, and written a story of development and prosperity. With curiosity and thinking about the high-quality development of Chinese society, Tim visited Zhejiang on the eve of the Spring Festival. He and his Chinese friends traveled from west to east, across the mountains in southwest Zhejiang, through the prosperous areas of the Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou-Shaoshan Plain, and to the blue waters of the Zhoushan Islands.
